Vehicle sales

1: Vehicle information
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the specifications and information provided about our vehicles for sale on this site, some errors may occur. It is important that you do not rely solely on this information but check with WavsGB about any terms/specifications you feel will affect your decision to purchase a vehicle. No liability is acceptable for loss or damage resulting from errors or omissions on this web site.

2: Mileage
When the vehicle is first added to the website the mileage is recorded and added to the vehicle details on the website. Depending on certain circumstances, the actual mileage at time of purchase can vary from the listed mileage. While we do try to keep mileages accurate – occasionally a vehicle mileage can be different for a number of reasons. Why does the mileage vary? During the time the vehicle is on our forecourt it can be moved around, re-fuelled, taken to our work shop for services & checks, and customer test drives.

3: Images
Images on the vehicle sales page are taken of the actual vehicle. While we make every effort to reproduce accurate colours on the website – this can be affected by the weather, the camera used and the end users own device. We reserve the right to remove/add or update the photos from a vehicle listing.

4: Availability
We try to ensure that vehicles on our website have their availability shown clearly and that any vehicle marked as available are in stock. However occasionally the website may not update or a vehicle may be withdrawn from sale temporarily without the website being updated. Additionally vehicles can be taken away for test drives and not be available for a period of time. Therefore please contact us before making a special journey to see a specific vehicle.

5: Third party websites
In addition to listing our vehicles on vansforsaleinbath.co.uk – we also use a number of third-party websites and services to list our vehicles. While we endeavour to make sure this external content is correct and up to date – we are not responsible for these services.

6: Reviews
We encourage our customers to leave honest reviews of their experience with us on Google. Please note, when leaving a review, you are responsible for any comments you make on any public platform. Reviews left on this site are the sole opinion of the reviewer and not necessarily VansGB. While we encourage honest reviews and discussion, we do reserve the right not to publish and to remove or edit any offensive or potentially offensive comments. We also reserve the right to not publish any reviews if we have any reasonable doubt they are not from genuine customers.

These terms and conditions are for the use of the website only, seperate terms and an agrement are supplied if you decide to buy a vehicle from us.
